The Marngo Foundation is not a side-of-desk philanthropy programme — it is structurally embedded in how Marngo AI is built. 10% of all profits flow into the Foundation, every year, before a single dividend is paid. It is written into our Constitution, not just board policy.

Our mission
From high school, through apprenticeships, TAFE and university, into the careers that will define the AI era and the industries that come after it — we back every step of the journey, on Country and at scale. From the trades that build data centres to the engineers who run them.
The AI era cannot be built without us. The Marngo Foundation exists to make sure Indigenous Australians are not on the outside of that future looking in — but shaping it, owning it, and leading it. Every Marngo AI engagement compounds: cyber and AI delivery today, and an auditable, annually-growing investment in tomorrow's Indigenous workforce.
The pipeline we fund
The Foundation funds the full pipeline. A Year 9 student today, an electrical apprentice wiring a data centre tomorrow, and a postgraduate researcher next year are all part of the same journey into Marngo AI and the broader industry.
Cyber & AI foundations, curiosity, exposure to industry — building belief that this career is for them.
Electrical, electrical engineering, construction, fibre & HV — the trades that physically build AI infrastructure. Data centres don't exist without them.
Cert IV and Diploma in Cyber, Cloud and AI Ops — the practical, work-ready technology pathway.
STEM, IT and Computer Science scholarships — supporting the academic and research pathway.
Internships, graduate placements, mentoring and bridging programs into Marngo AI and industry partners.
How it works
01 · Carved out at company level
10% of all Marngo AI profits is transferred to the Foundation before any dividend is declared. Every shareholder contributes pro-rata to the social mission — it is not optional, and it is not a discretionary donation.
02 · Written into the Constitution
The 10% commitment is encoded in the Marngo AI Company Constitution — not just board policy. It is binding, structural, and outlives any single director or executive team.
03 · Independently audited
Funds are paid into a separate, governed vehicle, allocated by an independent board, and audited annually. Impact reports are published for clients, partners and community.
